I have several important Custom Order Fields set up in my store that I hoped would be useful for Miva Synchro to know where in Quickbooks to classify donations we receive at checkout. The custom checkout donation field (created by a developer) is exported as a line item, but without a way to tell Synchro where to put it, it, it throws it into Other/Coupons, which must be corrected for our accounting department.
This means for every transaction that contains a donation, often 30 or more per week, I have to manually correct each item one by one. See screenshot.
Can you please make it possible for Synchro to recognize Custom Order Fields and bring them over to Quickbooks?
