Make Add URI Dialog Box vertically taller so all fields are displayed

I wanted to add a URI and proceeded to do so but after adding the first fields (URI, Store, Destination) did not see the "Type" field so I though something was wrong... Another test shows that you can see the Type field until you fill in the other fields, then it scrolls out of view and disappears.

Of course it is there but you have to scroll down to see it (not like Miva 9).

If somebody doesn't know about that they might just click the "Add" button and end up with a Normal redirect when they might really want something like a 301Redirect.

Since you can't see the "Type" option you might not even know it is there.

I have filed a bug to address this in a future release. It seems to be browser/OS dependent (browsers render those field heights slightly differently, resulting in what you're seeing). Chrome for macOS, for example, (on my machine at least) shows the full contents with no scrolling, but FireFox and Safari show a small amount of scrolling (though all the fields are still visible).
