Looking for Help with Google Tag Manager & Universal Analytics

Greetings, I'm looking for somebody with some experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Universal Analytics who can set both up for us on the site, and verify the setup in Google. We're using an older version of Google Analytics currently, but don't have Tag Manager installed at all. Glad to discuss in forum or by IM. Thanks!
