Sorting products in a category

We give up - how is this done now? We have zero interest in drag and drop sorting.

Go to the Products tab under the category. Click on the three dots icon and choose Sort. Once on the sort screen where you can now do drag and drop, there is a button at the top that says Edit Display Order. Click this to go to the old input-a-number method of sorting.
