How does Miva decide if a user has used a coupon before?
I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue where I don't think I've used a coupon before on a site, but it says it's invalid.
Max Use (Per Shopper) is set to 1. If I change it to 0 (unlimited) then I can use the coupon. I'm using that to presume that Miva thinks I have already used it before. However, I'm not logged into a customer account, so it's not just a matter of checking the s01_CouponXShopper table.
