We started using the Gift Certificate Sales feature to automatically issue a certificate as an incentive for certain products. We use Shipstation for fulfillment as well as Stone Edge for some other functions. I soon discovered that any product utilizing the automated Gift Certificate Sales feature (which creates a gift certificate upon completion of a given product order) marks the whole order as shipped. Thus the orders do not come into the order queue of Shipstation but rather the order is marked as shipped in Miva, Shipstation and Stone Edge and it is easy to completely miss seeing the order altogether. This seems like a glitch to me. I understand the gift certificate part is fulfilled upon purchase but not the product(s) they are attached to and so they really should not behave like regular gift certificate orders. Is there a fix?
