Also Bought Products by Patrick module

Is there a way to assign the Also Bought products (other than manually)? The store previously used the Toolkit function to gather the "also bought" items and store them in a custom field. Can that data be super easily imported into the Also Bought Products by Patrick module?

Bump, bump, bump...thud!

I was able to create an XML file for this. I exported the info from the old module, use the powers of CONCATENATE, and was able to reassign almost 1,500 products.
