Page Builder Product Details Component Out of Stock Issue

It could just be me doing something wrong, but I'm trying to work with Out of Stock products in the Product Details Component. In PageBuilder, looking at the PROD page, the Product Details Component does not display at all. The Related Products Component does. Am I missing some setting to allow the Component to display for Out of Stock products? The behavior is the same when trying to view the product in a browser. Hopefully, I'm just doing something wrong.
