I have a client that had some DBF corruption and when the host restored the DBF files, somehow the SFNT OPEN UI User Object became encrypted.
Here is where the issue is:
MM4-->store setting-->user objects--> OUI_SFNT--> a message shown in OUI_SFNT box says: "contents are encrypted, enter the password and press update"!!!
I suggested that the host restore the store to a point where none of the problems existed, but there seems to be some reasons that won't work...don't have backups, that old, or something.
Miva doesn't support Open UI of course, so this forum is the last resort to get some help on this.
Question is:
How can we get this file unencrypted, or rename it and make a new one or what is the best way to get this done?
