The module is the "Ultimate Reviews", which I have been very happy with . I'm simply trying to add the Math problem because of spammers bots. That was supposedly in the current update. I have the option to "force login" but this cuts down on reviews because people don't want to take the extra time. Cant say I blame them.

Miva is not every community. I have never felt that this is how you measure yourselves. Instead I have felt you set a high bar....
Completely agree. For the record, which module are you needing support on? I can give you some insights onto where that is in queue to be built in.

I don't have any of your modules but hopefully next time I need one, I can give you a try.

I wish I could say that my negative experience with modules was limited to Sebenza but that would be fiction on my part. Most problems I just live with, because I don't have time to deal with it. Conversely when I have an issue with Miva proper I simply submit a ticket and in most cases BOOM! Problem solved....

As module providers for Miva Merchant for over 15 years, we couldn't agree with you more. These types of issues really bug us as they tend to paint the whole Merchant module community with the same brush. Wish we could help, and that Sebenza and others do what, for example, Emedia did, and at least sell off their business to someone who will take care of their customers.

Thanks Mark , I am of the mindset that if you build modules for Miva you should properly support them. I took care of my customers' tech support needs this week answering most in less than a few hours. Miva is awesome and the support rocks but dealing with all these third party modules would like to make my head explode.....

I've certainly heard this before but what are you trying to figure out? Chances are maybe somebody has a different way or has had the problem before.

Has anyone dealt with Sebenza lately? I put in a support ticket almost a week ago but no response?
