I am using Miva 5.5 on a windows server. I am using an external company for exchange for my email, as a result I am using my hosts mail server to send emails out of Miva. The only problem I having is with swbell. Persons with that address will receive order confirmations but not the password reminders. I have put a SPF record in the DNS but I still do not receive password reminders at swbell. Any ideas?
