Error Disabling Miva Mailer Module

I enabled the Miva Mailer module (because I was curious about it). I accepted all of the terms and agreements, then saw that I had to have an actual account. I unchecked the active box, backed out to the system extension screen and removed the module. After hitting update I got the following error message:
