    UPS Smart Pickup notification?

    We recently switched to Miva 9 version of UPS shipping labels (UPS Developer Kit). When I print a label through Miva it doesn't alert UPS Smart Pickup that I have a package to ship. In WorldShip it was automatic, when you printed a label it would alert UPS that a package had been processed and a driver would come to pick up the package.
    Is there a setting in Miva that I'm missing that will alert UPS?

    It appears that feature is only available via UPS products like WorldShip and not via their API (which we must use). I've reached out to UPS for more info.

      Same issue here. Is there any update? There must be plenty of Miva users needing to schedule Smart Pickup. I'm surprised this isn't an option. It's kind of absurd to have to manually ship an order through the UPS web site. You only have to do one a day to trigger the pickup, but it's a pain.

        BTW, I received the link below from my UPS rep, but I have no idea what to do with it. Look in the "Pickup" section

          No, to the best of my knowledge they haven't added this to the ReadyTools program, I can ask again though.

            FYI, it is possible to schedule a UPS Smart Pickup through the UPS website without having to process a shipment on their website.
            Login to your account on UPS.com and click Shipping and then choose Schedule a Pickup. Works for me (but I'd still rather it be automatic).
