Another broken Legacy SEO Category Pagination Links

In this case, the links are being generated but when clicked it stays on the same page...

http://www.leedsworldrefill.com/c_refills.html

Same problem with the Product List page too:

http://www.leedsworldrefill.com/PLST.html

If I try to use the URI Management then the sort by and items per page it produces "The item you requested is not available at this time."

and the link looks like /CTGY.html&Category_Code=catcode

I've gone back through some of my other posts when I had this issue before and none of them are working this time.

That link format is incorrect. It should be outputting category-name.html?Param=XXXX. Is the store fully up to date? If so, send in a ticket to support so we can dig in and take a look
