    Why-No-RoBo

For several years I have been using RoboForm to remember my passwords. It was recommended by Miva right here on this forum and it was an excellent suggestion. Now I find that Miva Admin seems to have defeated RoBoForm forcing me to type my password multiple times per day. Can someone at Miva please explain this?

I'll check with Dev but something seems odd. I use a PW manager on my Miva admin's without issue.

When did it stop working for you?

I could not login with roboform this morning and I made so many attempts that I was locked out so Miva Support reset my password for me. Roboform worked fine yesterday and the only change was the disabiling of non-secure email ports to cure a Trustwave scan failure. I don't see how that could be related. Here's a screenshot of the robo login edit page. It has looked like that for months but still worked until this morning. I figured it was just more PCI counter-wisdom.

Make sure your copy of RoboForm is up to date? I can say I use the built in password manager in Safari and Chrome and they both work as does 1Password.
          Thanks,

PCI does require us to not allow auto-fill but we changed that about 4 years ago, so I don't think that's your issue. Most browsers and tools ignore the auto-fill flags and just do what they want.
            Thanks,

I checked your server logs, only changes related to TrustWave were disabling pop3/imap on the insecure ports, no adjustment to the web server config, ssl ciphers, etc. was needed.

I finally got RoboForm to work on Miva Admin but I had to manually build the login from a clone of another site. I'll provide the details if anyone else is having a similar problem.
