We have not changed anything in our store but for some reason UPS is not returning any rates today. Are other people having this problem?

The issue has been identified and a fix is going out to all of our servers now; expected resolution should be in the next five minutes for all sites hosted by Miva directly.
In our software, we must create explicit trusts for the certificate authorities, and it appears UPS switched to a new SSL certificate for their site last night, one which uses a new issuing authority within Comodo which we had not previously encountered. The result is our software not establishing the 'trust' for the issuer of UPS' new certificate. The appropriate trust certificates are being copied to all servers now. Unfortunately UPS didn't make any announcements of this change so we didn't have the opportunity to test. In contrast, payment gateways often announce SSL changes they intend to make months in advance.
