Alternative checkout w/failed credit card - redirect back to alternate OPAY?

We're getting ready to test an alternative checkout flow. As part of this, I created an "OPAY2" page where the customer enters their credit card info etc. However, if they enter the wrong card number the system sends them back to the OPAY page. Is there a way for me to make sure they go back to OPAY2 instead?

EDIT: same question for being returned back to OCST due to basket contents changing during checkout.

The contents of your basket changed during the checkout process. As a security precaution, you have been returned to the beginning of the checkout process.
