negotiated rate setting

Wanting to use the Miva UPS module instead of the UPS Custom. On a dev version of the store, the Miva UPS is active and working. But the negotiated rates in TEST or Production modes don't appear to be used. The negotiated rate checkbox is checked. Is there somewhere else that needs to be configured? Or will UPS only allow the rates to one URL?

Hello ids,

If the negotiated rates are working on the live site but not dev, and they're setup exactly the same as far as product weights, shipping rules, dimensions and boxes, we'd have to run some logging on the dev site to see what the dev store is sending to UPS and what we get back. Did you send send Miva support a ticket on this yet? If not, please email [email protected] with the details so we can take a look.
