    Customer can not delete credit card - no error given

    I get this call every so often when a customer wants to delete a credit card stored in their wallet. I understand why they can't delete their old credit card, because it is assigned to a subscription. The customer has no way of knowing that because no error is given. They try to delete, the screen refreshes and the card is still there. Am missing an error message on my CPCD page? I don't see any errors being generated in my "User Interface > Messages' screen.

    They should be getting an error that says
    "Payment card is associated with a subscription and cannot be removed." so there may be a problem with the page. Can you email [email protected] to open a ticket so we can take a closer look?
