Charge % of subtotal as Handling Fee for a price group if payment is Credit Card

We have a price group called Wholesale. If the customers in this price group select Credit Card as payment option in the checkout, it is possible to add
a % of subtotal as Handling Fee and then let them place the order.

We only want to do this for this particular price group customers.

I don't think the store supports discounts based on payment method. I have a small utility module that can do this; you can PM or email me for details.

Also, check your TOS agreement with your processor to make sure you are ALLOWED to do this.
