    Etsy Marketplace Orders Not Paid

    It appears that Miva is importing Etsy Marketplace orders with a Payment Status of "Not Paid". This is obviously problematic, especially because there is no way to sort orders on Payment Status so it's almost impossible to see if a Not Paid orders slips into the Miva Orders queue.

    Our orders get imported into ShipStation and unfortunately there is also no way to sort on Payment Status there either.

    Is there a workaround, a way to receive a notification, or a way to filter orders on a Payment Status of "Not Paid"?

    Hey Psydde delcorsets - did you get an resolution on this? Do you have any tips (or recommendations) for getting Etsy set up?

      Miva is looking at the order level field we get back from Etsy for 'was_paid' Etsy should be setting this field to true the order was paid. In that case we set the "Payment Status" filed in Miva to "Paid". If this value is not true, we set the Payment Status to "Not Paid" like you're seeing above. Was this order actually paid for in Etsy?

      As far as filtering orders by that payment status, you would need to create a batch report to get to that data.

        Brennan No, our problem was not that order was paid, but rather that it was imported along with our completed orders in the first place. By default it would seem that Not Paid orders should not be imported. Especially since they then get imported right into ShipStation or ShipWorks with no indication that payment was never received. Our issue is that unpaid orders can very easily be fulfilled by the merchant because there is no way to immediately see that they have not actually been paid for.

          lesliekirk Regarding setup, it was quite a long time ago that I set this up so I may have to dig through some notes. I can tell you that there are still a few bugs in the Etsy Marketplaces connector so if the overhaul is coming soon it might be worth waiting for. I see you already jumped onto the thread, https://www.miva.com/forums/forum/on...-with-variants , so keep an eye on that as well.
