Who makes the mvpay.mvc module? Is the source code available? A friend
of mine is using this in his store but has the problem where people
sometimes click more than once on the "process payment" (or whatever)
button and I wanted to add some javascript that fixes that problem.

He does not use OpenUI or wish to use it, so it appears the only fix is
to be able to add a "onsubmit()" to the form itself.

Anything else I should think about?
