Scot's Mailing list: cool new features

Hi Merchant Users and Coders,

Scot's Mailing List has seen a lot of powerful enhancements since the
initial release of version 2.

Requested features such as message and link tracking, automatic
multi-part HTML/text messages, redirects for error pages, enhanced
formmail utilities, plus others have been added.

Hi folks,

Just wanted to follow up for a moment on my post about Scot's Mailing
List a little while ago.

A few people told me that subscriptions were not working. Yep - I
created a subscription bug with a simple typo. So, if you downloaded v
2.18 and are testing it out, please use the URL below to get v 2.19 and
upload the new scripts over the old ones which will fix the problem.
