    Duplicating an entire store

I am trying to set up a new store for a client who already has Miva
running on one domain and needs to set up a new store using the same
products on a different URL. We decided against the 'mall' type option
because the new store needs to have it's own merchant account (for the
image of a separate company) so my question is this:

Is there any way to copy the entire store (categories, sub-categories,
products, and images) over to the new URL (which is on the same box) so
that when I log into the admin of the new store all the categories,
category id's, products, etc will look the same as it did in the first
    store?

I have already managed to export all the products to a dat file and
import it to the new store but it only imports the list of products and
images but not the categories and sub-categories. Any help would be
    greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Sure, get the host to copy it all over, replace all the
    license keys and you're done.
