Merchant Notifications

I installed a new gift certificate module and all of a sudden I am not
recieving any notification emails and it appears that everything is set fine. I am
using Open UI.....any ideas?

Merchant Notifications



First step is to contact the module provider after making sure you have read
any applicable FAQs at the module provider's site.

Merchant Notifications



Merchant Users list is a better place for this question, but, I would assume that there is
indeed a problem with the module setup and it is failing, which causes the remaining
fulfillment modules to not get called. Try purchaseing a gift cert from your store and see
if any error message appear.

Merchant Notifications



It's also a good idea to deactivate the module (without uninstalling it) and see if the this resolves the problem. If so then, the problem is likely being caused by the module.
