X-Y-Z coupon module, anyone?

I have a customer who is interested in a coupon/discount module that can
handle the following logic: "buy product X, and also enter coupon code Y,
and get product Z for free." Product Z should be auto-inserted into the
basket if X and Y are present.

Does anyone have a module off the shelf that can do this?
