Error Packing

I use the OpenUI and I have discovered a problem.

When I try to use OpenMaintenance It shows the page with all the links
that need to be packed, but when I press the start button I get this
error

Unable to open 'stores/admn.mvc'

notice the miss spelling of the "admin.mvc"

But if I use the normal packing function it works, but I get this error:

Runtime error in /stores/4.22/modules/payment/boa.mvc @
[00000017:0000000a]: Line 584: MvPACK: Index 'boacards.mvx00000001' was
created with the UNIQUE flag and the key '' already exists in the index
file Runtime error in /stores/4.22/modules/payment/boa.mvc @
[00000017:0000000a]: Line 585: MvPACK: Index 'boaord.mvx00000001' was
created with the UNIQUE flag and the key '1415' already exists in the
index file Database Files for Store 'NWBay On-line' Packed.

I have been getting this last error for about a month before the first
error that I mentioned above.

Can anyone help me to figure this one out.

Error Packing



First, run the OUI update wiz to be sure you have a current copy.

Next, delete the order # 1415 and try packing again.

Might fix it, might not, won't hurt. Bottom line is that you have 2 (or
more) dupes in your BOA payment databases. One is number 1415, the other
has no reference number.

But probably a better question for the merchant-users list, all in all.
