    mmlsk-mmui Usage?

    Hi,
I'm thinking of getting a module which requires a couple edits to mmui. So,
first I'm running a test using the mmlsk-mmu.mv and compiling it. I renamed
it mmui.mvc & ran the store, got error, because it could not find the path
    'Merchant2/00000001/mmlsk-mmui/mmuistor.dbf' so, I created an "mmlsk-mmui"
directory & copied all the /mmui .dbf & dbt files to it.

All seems fine now. Is that the best way to handle it?

    Thanks,
    /Elise

    Elise,

Have you considered the OpenUI instead? It's a drop-in replacement, no
compiling, and almost all modules just plug-in and run with the OpenUI...

It does this because the mmlsk-mmui.mv file has the module_code as
mmlsk-mmui. You can easily rename that and compile and merchant will
run it as if it is the original mmui.mv.

Some would say yes. But IMHO, I'd just rename the file to mmui.mv and
the module_code to mmui and compile it.
