Using Interland for hosting is a huge mistake. Though I do have personal
experience with their horrible service, that's not just MHO. It's been a
topic many times before on this list.
Interland will not help you solve Miva problems, even though almost every
problem you'll experience with Miva Merchant will be due to the way they set
up their servers. They will continually have you ask Miva to solve your
problems. Miva will tell you it's a problem with your host and you'll be
caught in a circle of frustration where you don't know who to blame.
If you leave Interland (and you should - like TODAY!), make sure that if
they registered your domain, they have not assigned themselves as the owner
or technical contact for the domain. They did that with our domains and then
illegally sold a domain extension which we had registered through them after
we left (they were supposed to transfer all of the domains to our new host
and sold that one claiming we never owned it even though it had pointed to
our main domain), offering NO legitimate explanation other than to refund
our money.
That is why seven years later, we still do not own the aquariumpros.net
variation of our domain. Now that it's been bought by one of those huge
domain farms, we never will. That's only one horror story of hundreds that
you'll find if you do a search on the list archives.
Trust me - blame Interland first, ask questions later!

Subject: [mru] Re: Miva and CVV code
Hi, I'm using miva on a domain hosted on Interland. The problem is that I
need to implement the CVV code for credit card processing. Now I don't see
that option and the Interland support team asked me to vrite to a miva
techincian to know if it is possible to implement it.
So the question is: can I buy a module that implements CVV and install it on
the interland miva server?
Thanks, to all.

I am taking over a Miva account and slowly familiarizing myself with the
product. My question comes in two pieces of info I cannot seem to find on
the product detail page. On the left, it has 'sign in' and also has another
item. Is this a category list? Also, the first line of the description is
'For more details click here'. I know this is custom text but it is
different than the description field for the product because that is shown
lower on this page below the quantity and add buttons. Help!
