    Log In text customization!

Some of my customers are having trouble creating an account at my store.
They don't seem to realize they need to enter a user specified user name
in the "Log In" create account form. I would like to change this to say
"User Name" instead of Log In, but can't seem to find where I can do
this. I am using the latest OpenUI with Miva 4.24.

    Thanks
    Don

"A little thing that can be big. I'm using OUISuperMod to customize
checkout pages. I'm using Credit Cards with Simple Validation plus
Checks for payment methods. I would like to change the dropdown list for
payment method to radio buttons and change the default from Check to
Visa and resort the list. Is such a simple thing possible?"

You "could" view the source of the regular display and then manually put in
the payment list anyway you wish. Just comment out the token for the
    standard payment list.
    <!--
    %paymentlist|select one|%
    -->

This assumes you are not using any type of module to restrict payment
methods based on criteria, etc. Otherwise, weiland has a nifty module that
    will do both

"It amazes me that there are people shopping online who don't know how to
work a dropdown list..... It was confirmed by a phone rep today. Some
customers are getting confused because you have to enter payment method
with shipment method on one page and then enter the credit card number
on another page. I tried moving them together onto one page but didn't
find a way. It seems Merchant depends on the page change to set the
payment method. Has anyone found a way to change this?

You can do this with OpenUI Supermod, OPT, or OD. Have you checked the docs
for Supermod? Copernicus even provides examples. We have done it with OPT.

    A note to Miva:
I bought a number of Copernicus modules in good faith that I could get
basic questions answered in forums and in email. That has disappeared
since you bought Copernicus. Could you let James out of the dungeon long
enough to answer a few questions about his programs?

    Thanks for any help,
    Will Emerson
