Found my house in Miami! But the map has to be from beginning of 2004. A new
    development is still vacant land.

Interestingly, it appears that the satellite over Washington DC has trouble
focusing when looking at a view locations.... must be a smudge on the
      camera lens ;-)

Are you seeing any errors at the top of the invoice screen?

Are they perhaps getting caught in a spam filter?

You aren't using it to confuse anyone.

Go to the uspto.gov site, and their copyright site and read some of the
          rules about it.

*******ok - I just did this:

          http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield...ate=49lum5.3.1

I checked dazzle and shine, and then just dazzle shine.

And... this is a dead trademark. I'm not sure if this illegal to do (make
false accusations), but I would ask for their trademark registration number,
          or ignore them.

          *****

In addition, do a google search on those rules (they will be explained in
english on the sites of many lawyers).

Also - check to ensure that they do own the phrase, and see if it is tied to
          a particular class of item.

I'm having the same problem with a fool who has an application on file for a
trademark. I've successfully filed trade and service marks, so I know when
someone is stepping over the line. My person has an 'intent to use in
commerce' and hasn't even been assigned a legal reviewer yet. Each
application for a class costs $325. Copyrighting is less expensive, but...
I found another person on ebay who was going to pull all of their items
associated with this phrase, and I told them not to, at least not yet.

              Dear Gordon,

Do you have any Price Groups or Availability Groups set up? You can get
this Error by linking in from Admin, having them assigned to one of the
above Groups, and not be logged into one of the Groups.

              Thank you,

Do you have OpenLanguages enabled? If so, this has been discussed many
times. OpenLanguages uses it's own databases for product descriptions and
other text fields. Uploads using the stock import function don't update
those fields so you have to use the OUI import function instead or disable
                OpenLanguages.

I imported a flat file with changes to descriptions, image url's, etc.
After importing I went to the store to view the changes and they were not
there. I reloaded my page, cleared cache, and still the changes would not
appear. I packed the store to no avail. Finally I went into admin viewed
the products and verified that the changes were imported. The only way I
could get the changes to take hold was to manually update each product. I
"only" have 800 products. Has anyone run into this situation? This is a
serious problem since I updated hundreds of products yesterday. Checking
all of them manually is not a reasonable situation.

                  Yep,

Same thing happened to me. If I remember you need to use the OPENUI import
utlity instead of the normal Merchant one, (I assume you are using OPENUI?)
. That fixed it for me.
