Sales Tax Collected / Sales by Product

I need to get a couple of pieces of information from my Miva system:
1. Sales Tax Related Info: Total sales, Total sales in my state, and Sales
Tax Collected
2. Sales by Product

I looked through Miva and couldn't find a way to get this without a module.
Even scanning through the module descriptions, I couldn't find any (except
Statisticka, which seems to be a standalone app) that can do both of these
queries. This seems pretty basic stuff, so I wanted to see if I am missing
something that others are using. Any recommendations?

You can achieve it all with Ultra Batch:

Orders tab >> Single Line mode - the totals are at the bottom of the table.
You can filter and sort orders by the order date or many other criteria

> Total sales in my state,

Enter the state into the search box, select "bill addr/name" and hit OK


> and Sales Tax Collected

Total Tax is displayed at the bottom too


> 2. Sales by Product

Switch to the "Products tab", select the "Sales Report", and hit OK

If you used a search/filter expression in the Orders tab, the sales report
are based on that filtered orders. If no search expression was used, the
report scans all available orders. If you have many products, and the report
would be too huge or too slow, you may use the filter/search, or pagination
(at the top right) in the Products tab too, to view only few products at a
time.
