Hi,
I was just browsing my truxoft x-admin and found a "failed basket" . =
Does anyone know what causes the basket to fail? This would have been a =
nice order if the customer had been able to complete the order. As far =
as the information shows he must have got through most of the checkout =
because he completed the shipping section. Maybe the payment info messed =
him up? I don't see a decline on auth.net so I don't know.
