    I'm getting this error when trying to checkout in my miva store. We are
    using Verisign Manager and NOVA as our payment gateway and processor:

    *Unable to authorize payment: Invalid merchant information: INVALID TERM ID

    does anyone know what this means or how to fix?



    That means the information you gave to Verisign, either
    direct or via a reseller, regarding your merchant account's
    processor was incorrect. The good news is that if you have
    the correct information, you've got 30 minutes to get it
    fixed by calling Verisign at 888-883-9770 before they close.
    Just tell them your login id and partner code and then give
    them the correct terminal id for your merchant account.
