Checkout Problem

Hello!

Some customers are reporting a problem with our checkout - when they =
type their credit card info and click continue, they get a blank page. =
The orders are going through - but they're not getting a confirmation, =
and then they're resubmitting the order - which is causing duplicate =
orders. =20

Any suggestions?

Checkout Problem



Is this something you can duplicate at will?

What payment method are you using?

Could also be Alabanza's overloaded servers are timing out waiting for
the response from the payment gateway.
