Shipping module for flat fee/drop shipping charge

I am looking for a shipping module that will allow me to have a flat rate
shipping charge applied to some products that are being dropped shipped from
the manufacturer. These products need to be excluded from the UPS Shipping
module that is being used for the rest of the products in the store. Also,
if more than one of the drop shipped products are ordered, only one fee will
be charged, i.e., if one drop shipped product is ordered the fee would be
the same if three were ordered.

I am perplexed.

Lori,

I've got a drop shipping involved project coming up myself.

Did this method take care of you ?
Also by any chance do you use the Viking UPS integration ?
It may have some methods applicable to the situation.
