Refused connection?

We're getting a refused connection on one of our office computers when connecting to both our website and the admin for our website. It was working at one time, not sure when it stopped or what changed. Any ideas of things we can check? Happens with both IE and netscape(both recent releases). I've never had a problem connecting from anywhere else.

Check with your host. If it started happening just now, there's a
possibility that they started inadvertently blocking your IP (or entire IP
address range) for some reason. Or, it could also be just your own
connection - your router, firewall, etc - reboot all if you haven't
explicitly set something up and see if that clears the connection. If
not.... can you at least ping your domain? Can you access any other sites
hosted by your host? Can you run a traceroute to your domain and see if the
traffic stops at your host's router level, ie: just before hitting the
server your site is on?
