    Truxoft MmPASS

    Hi there,

    Has anyone had any luck installing and configuring MMPASS from Truxoft? I
    would love to see an example of that module at work. I have been trying to
    install it myself and it's proving to be more complicated than I'd hoped and
    I can't afford to pay for the pro install so any help or advice would be
    greatly appreciated.

    I already wrote you off-list earlier. From your questions I suspect that you
    did not follow the installation instructions available at
    http://mivo.truxoft.com/mmpass.htm#inst

    If I understood well, you do not have the MmHTMLc module installed at all.
    Although MmHTMLc module is no more needed at the v2.00 of MmPASS (for
    compiled Merchant v4.14 and higher), it is clearly noted as mandatory at
    v1.xx (for uncompiled Merchant up to v4.13).

    Also, did you already check the extensive troubleshooting guide?
    http://mivo.truxoft.com/mmpass.htm#trouble

    Practically every single possible problem is listed there.

    The installation of the newer version v2.00 compiled is simpler and there
    are extensive automated checks and configuration steps included, but for
    your v1.xx, the installation and troubleshooting guides are covering the
    topics completely.

    If you have any specific questions or do not understand some of the terms
    used, do not hesitate to contact me directly.

      Ivo,

      Please contact me offlist as I don't have your direct email any longer. We
      just transfered a customer whom is having problems with her license keys and
      isn't aware of what her support options are. I believe you need to reset the
      keys are your end.
