Additional Shipping Charge for AK and HI

Hello -

I am using Miva Merchant v4.12, Miva Engine v3.9705
with
Priced Table Shipping. My goal is to add $3 to ever
order that has to be shipped to AK or HI.

I have been trying to configure the Base + Weight
Shipping method, however I have been unsuccessful.

Any thoughts?

You could change the shipping module to one with more flexibility (I
have a couple that would fit the bill better). However, a better
solution would be to have a non-CONUS fee added to the order. You can
do that with the Miscellaneous Fee module at
