Too little too late, in my opinion. I'll just buy my modules with the =

I had a error recently with a Modstop module and decided today, on a =
whim, to send in a help desk ticket just to see if anyone would reply. I =
got a response back within 15 minutes with the fix. It was a complete =
shock to me to say the least. I had really given up on them for any =
support.=20
I realize this is one success story out of many failures but I wrote =
them back thanking them for such a speedy response and got a very =
professional response back - time will tell but they say they are aware =
of their reputation and that they have corrected some of their problems =
that have caused such an issue.
I'd love to see them provide some form of support again.
