    New Linkpoint AVS problem.. HELP!

FYI, I was on the telephone with Linkpoint API support for about an hour
    this morning.

I used Linkpoint's online point of sale (POS) system using the same credit
    card, entering the same information.
My AVS response code was YYYM. All good, all perfect.

    YYYM =
    Address match,
    Zip Code match,
    both match,
    CVV code Match.

The SAME credit card, entering the same data through Miva (newest payment
module and 4.08 commerce library) and the response is: NYZM.

    NYZM =
    Address does NOT match
    Zip Code match,
One of both do not match,
    CVV code Match.

Linkpoint says "Miva is not passing the field 'BADDR' which is required".

Also, Linkpoint says "If Miva passes the 'OID' field for an order number,
    we'll use it"
