Membership System

Hi,

I have a odd need that I think Merchant would be suited for, with a little
modification. Let me see if I can ask this correctly.

I have a new client that does not sell anything at this time but is needing
more of a membership type configuration. The account/customer portion of
merchant is very well suited for this. I need to add additional fields to
the customer file and the account/checkout screen and the must be part of
the customer file, not a separate additional field file.

Is there a module(s) that would allow this or can anybody recommend a
standalone product?

Hi Mark,

What, exactly, are you trying to do? What is the member signing up for?
I didn't see that in your post, or in any follow-ups.
