When I see this listed in my log files what does it mean? How do I
interpret where visitors are going when this file is accessed?

I use Urchin as my log software and I believe many of the files are
truncated, but is there a way to figure this out? Is this the checkout,
    order page, etc??

admin.mv is the administrative area of the site. Visitors aren't going there
(hopefully), it is probably you that is going to that page.
