Subject: RE: [mru] Processing Error
Hi Tom,
On the root of my host server, I have the htsdata directory (I used the "cd
~" to access the htsdata directory via FTP), and a Merchant2 directory.
Inside the Merchant2 directory are two folders only: 4.12 and graphics.
Inside the htsdata directory, are also 2 folders: LinkPoint and Merchant2.
Inside the LinkPoint folder is one file only, ######.pem, my digital
certificate file from Linkpoint. So, it is on the server, but according to
your e-mails, there should be a "???data" directory and a "mivadata"
directory somewhere. I do not see these two, and as described, the pem file
is present, but not exactly where you described where it should be. I
copied the file locally and opened it with a text editor and appears to
match with the data copied into the field for digital certificate in the
Linkpoint config section of Miva. Should the directory structure be altered
or supplemented to accomodate the pem as described? Could you lay out the
exact path of how it should be properly configured? Should I contact my
host to resolve the location issue? Let me know. Thanks.
Andrew

Hi again.
To get to your mivadata/htsdata/???data directory, you should be able to
telnet to your site and type:
cd ~ (tilde character)
or via FTP, change directory to ~
That's normally where the ???data directory is located. Once there, you'll
have to create the LinkPoint (CaSe SeNsItIvE) directory under the ???data
directory and put the .pem file in there.
Let me know if that helps.
