network error using URLsecure plus direct download module

Hi everyone,

I've just upgraded to Miva Merchant 4.13 and had to upgrade my modules
as well. All are working except the URLsecureplus module which allows
for direct downloads. I got this module from Starbase21 which is now
supported by Modstop. Everything goes smoothly up until the customer
receives their receipt. The link for the download opens up a page with
this error:

A network error has occurred (2)

When customers receive the email receipt and try to click on the link
from there it just opens up a browser window with the invoice containing
the links generating this error message. Have any of you had this
problem or do you have any idea what causes it or how to fix it? I have
an entire store dedicated solely to downloadable products and it has now
been down for 3 days.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Neffie,

I do not really know the SecurePlus module, but guess that the problem could
come from directory names changed by the update. During the update, Miva
Merchant creates a new directory Merchant2/4.13/ instead of the
Merchant2/4.12/ and also replaces all stub files in the Merchant2/ root
directory. I would check the url.mv file in the Merchant2/ directory and
look if there is not the 4.12/ path hardcoded anywhere. If you find it,
simply replace 4.12 with 4.13.

Not sure if it helps, just a try :)
