upgrade woes

I'm tying to upgrade to 4.12 & I'm getting this error message:

Did you post a support ticket on the ModStop Help Desk? These are the folks
that took over the support of all of StarBase21's modules.

upgrade woes



David,

This is not directly related to your problem, but whenever doing any
sort of upgrading, it is recommended that you run the upgrade with Miva
Mia as to not affect your online storefront in case of an event like
this.

upgrade woes



I did post a support ticket, & it is the latest version of the module.
My store is down because of this, & I'm afraid it may take a long time
for Mod Stop to respond, which is why I decided to post here. The only
thing I can think of is this: Before I ran upgrade.mv, I got the
upgraded versions all of my modules & copied them into their respective
subdirectories under Merchant2/4.12/modules. The upgraded file names for
all of the modules except the COD module were the same as the older file
names. Could this difference in file names be causing the problem?
