Looks like eSpire which ownes Cybergate which in turn owns Valueweb is
going to sell Cybergate to the chairman of eSpire.

Not really sure how this is going to affect Cybergate/Valueweb but,
thought it was something you all should know about. I am a former customer
of Valueweb for 2 years hosted on everything from their basic shared
ecommerce accounts all the way up to colocation. We regrettably had to
leave when we first heard of eSpire's chapter 11 filing early this year.
Don't get me wrong I think Valueweb is a great company and would probably
still be with them if their controlling companies weren't so inept.
