Resetting Starbase FedEx module?

Hello everybody,

I bought the FedEx module from Starbase about two months ago...and my store
project was shelved because of merchant account problems, etc. looks like
everything is a go now and besides just about having to learn merchant all
over again, the FedEx module isn't working. Just so you know: it is active
in the Modules area, and it is assigned in the Shipping Config area. When I
click on the FedEx Shipping tab, I get an "unable to establish secure
connection to...Starbase" message, a screenshot for which can be seen here:

with the security license for the module. Does this have anything to do with
the fact that when I go into the store and make a bunch of purchases on a
test run, then go to the shipping/payment page, that the FedEx module is not
"figuring out" my shipping? Is there an upgrade or something that I've
missed in the two months I've been gone? (Needless to say, I had about 5000
MIVA emails in my Miva folder to sort through...)
