Starbase 21 FedEx module

Hello,

When I get to my shipping configuration page it has a list of the shipping
modules and below that it says:

/Merchant2/4.00/modules/shipping/fedex.mv: Line 1: MvASSIGN: Runtime Error:
Array index must be positive integer

Anyone have an idea of what is causing this?

has frozen my shipping config.
