Module_Find_Code() v5 alternative

Are there any API functions that can be used as replacement for the v4
functions Module_Find_Code(), Module_Find_ID(), Module_Find_Code_Admin() and
Module_Find_ID_Admin(), StoreModule_Installed(), StoreModule_Find_ID(),...
or do we have to write own ones and/or use database lookups instead?

There is a bunch of other old functions that I see missing, so it would be
nice to have a complete list of removed functions, and their replacements
(if there are any).
